

Who can submit a nomination?
An individual or corporation and an unincorporated association may nominate themselves or suggest an alternative.
You can submit more than one application. In this case, a complete and distinct must be filed for each application. One candidate may be submitted for each award. However, each application form will then present a different implementation that fits the description of the coveted award. We can not submit a bid for the price of education presented if achievement has been honored.
Special prizes and grand prizes are not the subject of a submission.
For the price of teaching and non-profit organization, it must not have been awarded for the project presented.

Eligibility
- Individuals or entities must be domiciled or have their headquarters or principal place their headquarters in the French Community of Belgium.
- The associations that are driving their actions in whole or in part way to that Community.
- The international achievements must enroll in French-speaking, outside the French Community of Belgium. No nationality or domicile is required.
- The activities presented must have been made over the last three years.
- The application must be complete.
- The application must be filed on time or at the latest by 1 May 2010.
